Send us photos of your teeth using the form at the bottom of this page. For example photos, see below.

We'll pass your photos on to orthodontists who will make a proposal for you.

If you're happy with the proposal they will arrange a consultation with you

If you would like to proceed they will schedule an in-person appointment at their practice

Instructions

Use two spoons to pull your cheeks back to show your front teeth. Make sure you are biting down on your back teeth. (Use the spoons to pull your lip away if needed.)

Make sure you are biting down on your back teeth. Then use the spoon to pull back your right cheek so that your bite can be checked.

Do the same as the right side but on the left.

Tilt your head back and open your mouth wide so that as many of your top teeth can be seen as possible (you can also use the spoons to pull your lips away).

Front Facial

Two front facial photos are required. First, please remove all glasses or hats before the photo is taken. Relax the face (no smile) in the first photo, and in the second photo please smile and show your teeth.

Bottom Teeth

Tilt your head down towards the ground and open your mouth wide to try and capture as many teeth in the photo as possible. (You can use the spoons to pull your lip away if needed.)

Side Facial

Please take a side profile photo. Move any hair out of the way.
